Martin to Minnesota for Worley

November 13th, 2004 -



The latest deal with Minnesota, send Kevin Martin to the Timberwolves for rookie shot gaurd Cody Worley. This trade may give the Kings the scorer off the bench that they need. Worley has averaged 3.9 points through out 7 games but the Kings hope his production will speed up now that he doesn't have limited time off the bench. The deal was put into action because of lack of production from veteran Doug Chrite and discontent of Martin. "I wasn't fitting into the offense here, and it showed on the stat sheet and the court." Says Martin. "Have you ever watched him play? The kid can flat out shoot." Kings guard Mike Bibby says about the incomming Worley.

You and Donatello are rated around 60 just like my guy. The only problem is you have to fight for playing time with Freddy Hoiberg. One thing I don't understand is why Donatello isn't starting. He's the higest rated PG on the team...

Yea, I saw in my cousin's dynasty that Bibby was traded back to the Grizzlies, his rating was better than Jason Williams' but he was the backup for some reason
