Does anyone know how to get Big Ben's diff. hairstyle?

I heard a while back ago that u could change his hair from a fro' to the corn rows. I have also seen the screens with him with both of the hairstyles. Someone....Anyone....PLEASE HELP ME!!!

i heard from one of these people on the boards he noticed jon barry as you know he has some hair in the game but he said after the next dynasty year he played he had his head all bald so there might be hope like this for ben having a fro then later on using his conrows.
