Hidden Players

So i had nothing better to do and i decided to browse the plyrprts.viv with EAGraph and i found a LOT of players that are not in the default roster. I don't know if their faces are accurate because the .fsh files wouldn't open. Here's the list:

Does anyone have any idea on how i can get these players on my NBA Live for the ps2....i have online play...so if anyono can help me i would be greatly appreciative.

I don't think anything can be done for the versions on PS2 or Xbox, since they are console games.

no, there is another way to put them in. they can be added to the free agents, i did it last year with those hidden players. therefore you need a *.dbf editor

i don't know what's going on with this faces...
i edited 3 players on the players.dbf and each one turned out different from the other, even though i edited exactly the same values.
Matt Carroll was OK both portraits and 3D face
Junior Harrington's portrait was smaller like that smush parker screenshot and when i clicked to see his 3D face the game crashed
Sasha Vujanic had the portrait OK but when i went to see him 3D there were just a pink surface.. totally weird...

By default, those players aren't in the database so I don't think they're true hidden players. It seems that the faces are also unsuitable; those guys will need to be patched.

using andrew roster patch, i edit 3 players vujacic, ivey and duhon and it all turn okey. i already used sasha in my dynasty and i dont encounter any problem.

any dbf editor. i used DB commander 200 pro. here the link if you dont have one

then open your andrew roster files and open the player.dbf

Players.dbf
Change the Following Field Attributes Sasha Vujacic
DELETED = F
ISCREATED = F
FACEPATCH = F
ISGENERATE = F
ISHISTORIC = F
PLAYERPKG = SAVUJAC

Appearance.dbf
In the Players.dbf locate the APPEARID for the Player and then search for it in the Appearance.dbf file. Once located make the following
changes

DELETED = F
FACEID = -1
ID7 = SAVUJAC

Now just load up the roster and the player should now be in the game. Enjoy

do these to other players like duhon (CHDUHON) and ivey (ROIVEY_)

So in the new roster patch they can be simply added.

is there any way to enlarge those hidden player portraits?
they are all 64x64 whereas the normal ones are 128x128

wait you mean the player portrait??? in my game when i edit players like vujacic, ivey and duhon they have exact size as all other players portrait.

and by the way i think this list was already proven.

So there is no need for creating those players, just make a new dbf entry.

I'll be adding them, perhaps not all in the next update though. Some of them are on active rosters so I've already created them - obviously all I need to do with them is change the appropriate attributes.

What I meant is for the few players, like Smush Parker, Mario Kasun, Matt Bonner, etc. who's portraits are tiny ones in the top left corner, to fix that you have to do what I mentioned above.

For the missing players, I am almost finished portraits for all of the ones currently on NBA teams. Here's a list of the ones I've finished/updated:

You have to enlarge the pic in FshX to 128x128, and then import a new ebo file, hex edited to the correct plyrpkg.

can u explain this in more details?
