I'm considering getting NBA Live for PC, so how will the game look/run with these specs?

196 MB Ram
32 MB Video Card
880 MHz Processor

You should be able to run it without any problems as long as your video card's chipset is supported by the game, though I shouldn't imagine it will run smoothly on the maximum detail settings.

yeah, you'll definitely have to turn the detail settings down, but you will be able to play.

I mean, would the game look very bad like a PS1 game?

um.....i'm really not sure. when i turn my graphics quality all the way down, it still looks pretty damn good. and, no it won't look like a ps1 game, cause it's not polygons :)
