Time is money pack NBA Jam OFE Rpcs3

Hi, Has anyone managed to make the Nba JAM OFE DLC work on emulator? I found the file and installed it on Rpcs3 but it did nothing. I´m going th through the original road trip and i want to unlock everything considering i´m not sure i´ll be able to do it considering there is no money from the online challenges.
