Yeah, I liked LUT 18. Played several hundred games, got elastic Dirk, tenacious Zeke, sniper T. Hardaway Sr., more. Once in the Fall of 2024, the mode was pulled the online plug on.

Got through draft hype 13-18, and discarded two of the players not knowing that I would have to have 12 active 13-18 players to player the 7-12... now I can't find them on the Auction House...

If anybody has completed those challenges and wants to get rid of two 13-18 players.. that would be helpful.... I'll buy them for 200-400 gold coins a piece.

I've been grinding for a couple hours, I've played a lot of the rookie challenges. Close to having enough coins for Drexler.

Sadly, you can't auction the Draft Hype players. I think you can do the 6-1 challenges without the 7-12 Draft Players due to a glitch (I was able to do that without the draft players).

Basically, yes (although that's on EA's fault for not giving a warning on the card). Is there a way to replay the challenges and get them again? I remember in the Hero challenges in 18, you could replay the games and get the players again.

I can't even start the 7-12 challenges( I have a dozen of 13-18 draftees, tried to force other rookies into my lineup to be said my team has NONE of the twelve 13-18 to proceed.
I did 13-18, did 1-6 with a pleasant glitch that doesn't trigger the draft squad requirements + the one final Shaq Draft challenge OK. Any suggestions?

Maybe I'll give it another look, but I remember feeling a bit underwhelmed and frustrated by the structure of the challenges. With that being said, NBA Live 18 wasn't a whole lot better in that regard. The greed of the mode aside, MyTEAM has shaped up a lot better with all of its submodes, not to mention the way they're all organised and accessed in the menus.

Got the issue resolved. The game master requires exactly 12 (twelve) draftees picked from 13 to 18 and counts their number either as zero or full. If you pick, for example, 8 of the requested 12 players, you get a baffling pop out that there is none of such cards in the lineup One can sub 6-12 draftees taken in packs in along this challenge too!

The community market is alive on X1. 70–120 items are on sale at any moment. There are transactions. Gold players can be scooped up for -2000 coins.

Finally got around to giving NBA Live 19 another try, and I've actually been enjoying it more than I remembered. Ultimate Team and The Streets World Tour have been my modes of choice, and I ended up completing the Legends Fantasy Challenge series with my own squad of greats. Some highlights:

I'm in the middle of the same challenges set too, only with a 96 lineup.
I'd recommend Rashard Lewis: even his late 70s card is easy on stroke/release + fast + long.
What's going on the market over at PS4 (offerings, prices)? Your pouch is pretty modest. How are you planning to leverage coins?
Many players have gotten obsolete in recent years and can be regarded as legends (Dirk, D. "Flash" Wade, D. Howard, M. Ginobili, Melo, etc.) now.

There's usually a few pages of player cards on the market, so not too bad given how old the game is. I've recently bought up some 80s and 90s Legends, so that depleted my coins. Right now I'm having fun playing with them, so I'm not really that worried about making any big purchases in the near future.
