Hello! Big thanks to Pat and everyone else who has put their hand into this project. I have a couple of questions:

1) Are the historic rosters based on the team rosters at the beginning of the season, All Star break or end of season? I recently played against the 2009-10 Rockets and noticed that they had T-Mac who played just 6 games for them that season and was then traded to the Knicks.

2) Are there any ways to make the up the tempo for certain teams? I've noticed that the coaching profiles are the same for all the teams no matter the season, however, I find the game tempo to be way to slow for some teams and eras, i.e., the 80s. When playing against the 1984-85 Nuggets (which were scoring 120 points per game and had a pace of 107.6 (which is above any team last season), they were using most of the shot clock and playing quite slowly.

Does anyone know how to fix this association bug?? so basically I entered into my year 8 of my association and then suddenly some of the stats of players from other teams are sharing the same stats record. so I decided to check for it in redmc and what I saw was that these players somehow all have the same value ID for StatY0 which is 0. now whenever I try to change their StatY0 values to -1 or any value it just reverts back into 0. I hope its not the mod causing the problem. hopefully wishing there's a fix. :)

1. Basically it's SOS (Start Of Season) rosters.

2. The offensive tempo for 80s teams (and Denver) is quite high with 90 percent.
I just gave it a try in coach profiles and tested it with 100 percent offense and 100 fastbreak and so on... in the end the outcame was the same. I had about 108 ppg with Denver.
Obviously the coaches influence on the game is overrated.

Very impressive job Pat! I'm surprised you have so many resources to get the attention to detail for these older rosters including the correct Lakers and Celtics logos in the 60s and 70s. For a quick suggestion, could you update the body types for some of the players? I feel like it would help make them look a little better; a few players for example:

Arvydas Sabonis: skinnier body type, as he was not fat especially in his younger years
David Robinson: muscular body type (same as someone like Karl Malone) and ripped muscles for all seasons except the 1988 olympics
Nate Thurmond: muscular body type (like the David Robinson suggestion) and ripped muscles for all seasons

Hi! I just saw the JAM roster, and it´s pretty funny! Amazing to see all those new bizarre faces!
Regarding the saves3 (playoffs), although annoying, i want to ask: it is possible to have all the teams selected? I understand that you can play any match without any problems, but not having the team selected limits the possibility to adjust rotations (minutes played) for playoff mode (either you want to play with less players, or are a sim addict that wants to respect the original rotations played in real life).
Unless, of course, there is a way to change rotations during the game itself or without selecting the team...
Ps. i checked the 04 olympics playoff save: argentina is playing against spain in the first round when in reality the never matched up besides the group stage. The bracket should look like this:
Left:
quarterfinals (2nd round in playoff mode)
spain (1st seed) vs usa (4th seed)
greece (2nd seed) vs argentina (3rd seed)

right:
lithuania (1st seed) vs china (4th seed)
italy (2nd seed) vs puerto rico (3rd seed)

edit: You are right.
That playoff tree is possible if USA plays Australia in first round.

Trying to do an accurate 2011 playoffs (i´m going to do the heatles run after seeing the retrospective by Synthetic Sports), i noticed that the 2010-11 trade deadline had quite the shakeup (magic blowing it up, melo to the knicks, kendrick perkins to the thunder, etc), so i decided to create a 2010-11 EOS roster (it´s not 100% accurate, but i believe i did a decent job)... all of this just because i didn´t see mike bibby on the heat hahahahah...

EOS stands for "end of season"... if you want to check it out, or even add it/modify it, it would be my honor.

The FIBA scoreboards are already available for download in file "2K13 IFF Euroleague 2013-24" as well as in "2K13 IFF FIBA 1936-2024".

Sorry for the late reply, I used the 76-77 season. Things I usually do before the season starts are that I put players that were drafted to teams that didn't exist back then to the lottery teams that existed back then. Jersey changes and arenas I also do before the start of the season. Filling non-existent teams with dummy dummy players so that they won't sign real players. Lastly is changing cf to the accurate year of the player. The thing that I noticed is when I used the backup file I made before doing the routine changes. The player stats still bug, and they all use the same stat y0. It's also weird because it hasn't happened till year 8 of my sim, so idk, it would be good if there's a way to fix it in which I hope there is. Anyways, that's all, thanks for entertaining my questions, good sir, have a good day.

small change i made to the eos roster: released dexter pittman from the miami heat (was a rookie, didn´t have playoff minutes) and added jamal magliore (had minutes during 2011 playoffs)

That's what I thought. You did some changes on the file.
I tested the 1976/77 roster by simulating 10 seasons in asso. mode.
Everything is fine here. No issues or errors.
Obviously your changes on the file caused errors.
