Is there a version for 2K24, or do they plan to make something similar for NBA 2K24?

Not as far as I'm aware. You might want to reach out to the people responsible for that mod through private messaging to ask for a more concrete answer, but I'm guessing at this point they're sticking with NBA 2K20.
