There will be a trade deadline update with more updated cyberfaces once rosters are finalized for the playoffs. I'm also hoping to add the all-star teams if the jerseys can be converted for 2k20

From what I remember the jersey files and fonts should be compatible, but the tweak file (number positioning) is not. If you have the jersey and font files, you can send them and I could make a compatible tweak file to make the jerseys work in 2K20.

From what I remember the jersey files and fonts should be compatible, but the tweak file (number positioning) is not. If you have the jersey and font files, you can send them and I could make a compatible tweak file to make the jerseys work in 2K20.

They might be located in the SYNC.BIN file (assuming 2K is still using this for updated content, or if not whatever other file or folder) as opposed to the main files. From what I remember in 2K20's example the 2019 All-Star files are found in the main folder, but the 2020 updates were in the SYNC.BIN file.

Unfortunately because 2k25 is the new gen, there's different file structures. The traditional SYNC.BIN that we are used to isn't a thing in 2k25's folders. They are in the game's files somehow, but haven't been able to track them down, only jerseys from other years. If it becomes too much of a hassle, I might just skip the teams this year given how weird of a format it was. I have the rosters put together but it's super strange to use teams with 7-8 players in a 4 quarter game of play-now.

An update is coming soon, I just need some teams to finalize their rosters + get the numbers/names working on 2025 All-Star jerseys. I've made some cyberface updates to older Iverson, Mikki Moore, Luke Walton, Amar'e Stoudemire and more. As well as figuring out cyberface conversions from 2k24 for players that badly needed updates like Zach Edey, Rui Hachimura, Wembanyama, Christian Braun, Walker Kessler. Also some retro players like Shelden Williams, Tim Thomas, Kurt Thomas, and others. The full list of updated players will be included when the update drops.

It seems missing a lot trades in the newly update 2025 roster with butler still in heat, ingram still in pelicans, simmons not in clippers etc.

Make sure you’re also downloading the latest roster file from the rosters + draft classes pack. not just the new mod files

One note, the Pelicans Playbook is empty, and that is the playbook that is assigned to the Lakers.

Hi! Don't know if this has been addressed before, but I wanted to ask/suggest: have you considered adding the bubble court for the 2020 play-off teams? It would give an interesting detail to that season (if not, at least for the 19-20 lakers in the URR V2).

I wouldn't want to make it the default homecourt for the 2020 Lakers, but I could probably add it as an alternate court when you wear a certain jersey. Although you would still have the Staples center area because I can't have one team slot use two different arenas. Maybe that wouldn't be as cool though

greetings, I am new to the pc and modding world. Got into it because I watch Dom2k and really loved watching him use this mod and play any year in NBA 2k20. I have downloaded all the necessary downloads needed and put the roster i wanted into the game and tried loading into the roster in the game but it keeps saying file corrupted, is there anyone willing to help, it will be much appreciated, Also have watched tons of videos on how to do it and still been having trouble.

Did you try putting the SYNC.BIN file given in the links?

Hello Good day, im new to modding games and i just want to update the roster,jersey,courts and faces. I already downloaded all the files needed for the mod to work but there are still invisible players. If anyone is free please help a fellow gamer i just want to enjoy the game more with the updated roster.
