Paying Job? Whats that? :D

Take your time mate ... don't wanna hurry you. Weekend sounds very fine to me. That way I have enough time to train and not start 0-4 like the real Hornets in my dynasty

2004 a lot better

Postby Checco on Fri Nov 12, 2004 9:41 am

I'm astonished: i think that 2004 was a lot better than 2005.
Gameplay: full of bugs and not improved
Dynasty Mode: sure they did something new, but i'm not sure they did it in the best direction, in the 2004 the rookies were too strong now their shitty, you can scout them but, come on, what do u really can understand with the scouting?
I'm one of those who basically sim all the season, maybe i play two games per season, so i'm affected by some slow stuff in the 2005 simulation of the season, for example: i want to resign Jason Richardson, i first try with 68millions contracts, nothing, so i try with 75, nothing, finally i go with the maximum. For these operations i missed 15-20 minutes because you need to click even a 2 cent U.S.Dollar of the total amount. Try to cronometrate (correct?) the time betwen 65millions to 85millions!
It's boring!
Closing: they improved but they improved badly, i can't believe they didn't test the game and they didn't see all the bugs of the game, basically i should had spend those money for somethingelse!

Go Away, This game isn't boring. I had 1 Double Overtime Game and 1 Triple Overtime Game. Where was this in the other NBA Lives?

and Jason Richadson has a Fat Contract. He wants alot of money, He's a valuable asset to the Warriors franchise. So don't whine about him wanting the MAX Amount.

2004 better than 2005

Postby Checco on Fri Nov 12, 2004 7:57 pm

I'm not complainig for the Richardson contract. I'm sorry, my english isn't the best, i'm complaining about the slowness of the re-sign menu: you can't add millions of dollars directly, so passing from the basic offert for Richardson to the maximum that he wants you need 10 minutes, no joking.
I know that i can't throw away a game for something like this, but as i told you in the post before, i like to sim all the season, i like in 2-3 hours of gameplay to sim 3-4 years, i like to see the evolution of the players and of the league, but with this game i can't, i need 2-3 hours just for a season... i could say, this is the right situation to start to play even the arcade, but honestly i've seen many bugs even in the gameplay..in the first game i played i've seen a computer-controlled player to pass the ball to a player who was in the other part of the court, i mean: backcourt violation.
For these 'gamplay bug situations' i've seen that 2005 it's an involution respect 2004, than sure you have slam dunk, new comments and new t-shirts, but all these stuff from my point of view are just adds-on. They didn't work well, i'll wait for 2006, but i'll rent it before!
