Talk about NBA 2K25 here.

Yeah I think it should really be the last title they release on old gen but knowing 2k they will milk another few years out of it but your right it doesn't seem fair to charge nearly the same as next gen with so much missing from its next gen counterpart.
I messed around with myleague last night and was pleasantly surprised to see they included the nba Cup and courts to match which is nice to see but is having theses courts in the game at the cost of not having the upto date courts like the Suns, Wizards, Kings etc? I think I'd rather just have the actual team home courts than the gimmicky nba Cup.

Tbf that probably fully depends on the current generation adoption rate.
If there's for example 200 millions console players and only 100 millions bought PS5 or Xbox Series then you'd be mad to leave money on the table.

Well 2k definitely are known for grabbing every dime possible and I get it, it's a business at the end of day but my only gripe is that the ps4 version cost just £10 less than the ps5. I don't know how far apart 2k24 was in terms of content compared to next gen as I didn't own a copy of it but I can see there seems to be a big gap now and I think the price should reflect this.

A
lot of people are still playing on PS4, so the market is definitely there.
