I've installed some mods for the game but now my All-Star jerseys are completely white. I've found some tutorials on yt how to change jerseys of teams but nothing really about All-Stars jerseys. Other teams jerseys work just fine. How do I change this?

White jerseys indicate a missing texture, which means the roster is looking for a file it can't find. Usually that points towards a mod not being installed properly, assuming it's not missing some required files in the first place.
It's hard to be more specific than that without knowing which mods you've installed and whether you're trying to mix and match mods (which often causes missing textures and other conflicts). If you've got a roster where the All-Star jerseys are showing up, you can open it up with RED MC to see the name of the texture it's using for the All-Star teams, and then edit the roster where they're not showing up to use that same texture. No guarantees that it'll be a suitable design, of course.

Good looking out.

That should help you restore the default uniforms.
