NBA2k13 Missing courts URB 2022 roster mod

Having an issue where my courts are missing / black for every team except the all star teams. I’m new to this and cannot find any other posts explaining what might fix the issue. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

As far as I know Skodam's URB misses 2022 to 2023 NBA seasons.
