I just tried to open portraits.iff in RED MC only to have error as out of memory. how did you edit this file? This is 2 GB, just amazing job.

Skoadam did my portraits in the past.
I haven't edited portraits for a long time, but I think you can open portraits.iff file with 3DM tool.

Thanks for the help, sadly 3DM tools an out of the memory exception too. I think it might be my PC

Hello pat, Does the my career mod work for all rosters?

yes, every roster is supposed to work in career mod.

Ive been working on all time teams for this mod and i have finished the Hawks, Celtics, Nets, and, Hornets.

To make the mods i just copied down the rosters from 2K24 but the ratings are different on this mod so the rosters may be a little wonky, i also made the all time nets and thunder teams into new jersey nets and Seattle supersonics since the teams have been under those cities for longer than their current ones 4/30, 26 more to go!

Still fighting legal battles to conquer castle Würting in my homecountry.

Download "Saves" in "updates" to check all rosters.

You have to exchange IFF FIBA files with IFF NBA files if you choose to play FIBA basketball. (mainly portraits and balls)
Regarding shoes: add shoes into your main folder as well as "shoes" folder into "saves" folder.
Use Reditor to exchange cyberfaces. Choose John Starks cf from 1993/94 roster (ID 11099) and add to row "CF_ID" in roster 1992/93.
