i have some isuue with RED MC HELP

Hello everybody, first time posting here.
So here's the problem - i dont have right menu in RED MC, screenshot - https://imgur.com/a/YLFAR2D , and i dont know how to turn that on.
I really need it cuz i wanna change some dunk animations, on my previous windows everything was ok, but after reinstalling it, my RED MC dont have right menu.
I installed all Visual C++ Redistributables and NET Framework 4.8 but nothing changed.
If someone can help me, pls help.
