hm, I think NBA rosters 2012/13 to 2022/23 are end of season rosters.

Tbh, I didn't check those newer rosters, I play mainly rosters between 2010/2011 all the way to 1985/1986 season. Within those, I noticed only one or two rosters with end of season/playoffs squad list (1997/1998 and I thin 1994/1995 roster).

Btw, today I saw one glitch, I don't know how to describe but I guess it is a rotation glitch. What happened is when I played Orlando Magic in 1999/2000 roster, CPU made rotation substitution that put PG Chucky Atkins at PF position.

In 1999/2000 roster Atkins comes in game to throw FT.
He is in the Free Throw rotation.

But it was in second quarter of the game, it doesn't seem logical.

NBA 2K13 predates Steam-only releases, so there's a PC DVD-ROM version that's still available through sites like eBay, Amazon, etc. If you're asking where you can download it for free, please note that discussion of piracy is against our rules, so we can't and won't help you with that here.

Not trying to be demanding, just trying to help and give ideas. also i can help with the mod if you want me too, i can kind of edit rosters and make jersey graphics or logos for teams that don't have them but i don't think i would be able to code them in. Also, i checked out the mod and it is the most amazing nba2k mod i have ever seen (to be completely honest better that UBR)

obviously you did something wrong editing Playes/Teams/Staff tab.
e.g. if you changed ASA_ID the game starts to crash in Asso. mode.
I guess you made some mistakes in editing teams. then the game crashes if you try to load the roster.
it also crashes while loading the roster if you add wrong numbers (0 or 1) to head coaches in tab "Staff".

It would be a huge project to add all the mentioned leagues to NBA2K13 game.
As far as I am aware it takes about 3 weeks in time to create just one of the mentioned leagues.

As I wrote in my posts I have serious issues in private life right now.
Because of corruption in Austria I lost a lot of money. I have legal battles to get billions of dollars from the Republic of Austria.
I can't avoid time to start new projects.

As long as you archive it with 7-Zip, WinRAR, or Winzip, and upload it as a .7z, .rar, or .zip file, there shouldn't be any issues with the filetype being rejected.
