How to load rosters onto my Xbox 360?

Hello everyone! I recently picked up an XBOX 360 so I can play my old games, to include NBA Live 10 
I had a couple of questions. Firstly, was wondering how I can load updated rosters into NBA Live 10 on my 360? And second question I had, was if anyone had a copy of the last roster that EA Published for NBA Live 10? I remember running Adidas Live Run and head to head with the updated rosters (Big 3 in Miami, Melo to the Knicks, etc.)
This game, along with 2K11 are my favorite basketball titles. Would love to be able to tinker with different rosters if possible.. Thanks!

Unfortunately it's not as straightforward as on PC, or even PS3, but it can be done. I'm not well-versed in all the steps myself, but this guide looks like it should help out.
