Did you use previously another cf for him?
Because it could be caused by another hair model in the folder with his id.
I shared only the face texture and disabled the beard from the default 2k png, so I think that I could be right.

That is the one I got off this page that you posted. I don't know what else to tell you. I haven used another Robin Lopez face from another modder, but I can search for one if you can't fix the problem.

No I didn't. But I found another Lopez that a modder named Aino created. It overwrote the one you had. Problem solved.

No, it was your fault for uploading a flawed CF. It's all good though. I must say you're on point with the rosters, updating all the moves including jersey numbers. Well done!

Not getting into a pissing contest about it. The Lopez file was the only one that was distorted. Your other files were fine. So the problem was within that file. It's ok. Carry on...

Ingiustifiably demeaning the work of others is not okay.
The files were neither flawed nor distorted, referring to the default 2K files, but were corrupted by something else in your folder, even if you don't want to admit it or don't understand it, it doesn't matter much.
I'm glad you found another cf, enjoy the game.
That being said, I consider the matter closed, as this thread.

I share it ONLY since there are no updates available.
Make sure your mod folder is clean, I won't provide any kind of support in case of issues that don't depend on what is shared.

These are very good, much-needed conversions, including the Robin Lopez, which is of course totally fine / bug-free. Word of advice: Try not to get too caught up with people who don't understand. You tried to help, and after he replied with "No I didn't. But I found another Lopez [...] It overwrote the one you had. Problem solved" (which, to be fair to him, didn't sound rude to me; just sounded like he couldn't get it to work so moved onto an alternative), the best response would've been simply "Sorry it didn't work out with my RoLo, but glad you're enjoying the other CFs." No need to escalate. Not everyone is capable of installing / working with every sort of mod; the best you can do is provide a bit of guidance. If they get it, they get it; if they don't, they don't.

Please keep sharing any and all conversions you do. As I do conversions I'll share them too. It's a group project!

I believe you can empathize with me. When you invest time in doing something that is later criticized without proper understanding, it can be irksome, especially when you dedicate time to help but your efforts go unnoticed. Nevertheless, even though I had stated that I wouldn't share anything more, it felt unjust not to make cyberfaces available when they aren't freely accessible anywhere. Thank you for the advice; I'll keep it in mind for the future
