Nobody has a answer for my question?

After the new Looyh_Hook update, the LAC's Norman Powell looks transparent.(Maybe there's another player) It's still weird if I erase the cyberface patch, or change the CF ID. However, since there is no problem when the mod is turned off (it means 'don't initialize'), it seems to be a problem with this Hook update. Anyway, thank you so much for always making great tools Looyh

My guess is that no one else is having this problem. I’m certainly not. Verify your game files then try deleting and reinstalling the Hook.

First of all, u did an awesome job for the 2k community modding section through the years. Thx for that.

I ve got a small issue with ur 2k23 tools which appears recently. Attributes/ badges/ signatures work fine. But i ve got a problem with cyberface ID since season 6.
Every time i change my cyberface, the ID "1" is restored every time i launch a game.

Is it something we can do to keep custom cyberface ? Thx

I think back to default face id "1" of myplayer was changed by 2K from previous season.Not related to recent HooK I think.

I had to re-install the game then revert my game files and .exe back the February depot, which i think is patch 6.

It appeared that you hadn't enabled the display of file extensions in your file explorer. The actual file name on your disk was 'Auto_Init.txt.txt'. So, for those who don't have file extensions enabled, the name should be 'Auto_Init'.

This is a bug in the game after the Season 6 Update. Only a few people have experienced this issue.(After clicking the "Play" button on Steam, nothing happened.)

To solve it, you need to reinstall Steam.
There is a simple way to reinstall certain files in Steam while keeping your local games intact.

1. Exit the Steam application( right clicking on the Steam logo in the Windows tray -> Exit)

2. Open the dir where your Steam was installed and delete the following 4 folders: [appcache, AppList, config, depotcache]

3. Run the Steam application again. It will reinstall some necessary files.

After these steps, your game should work properly again.

Edit:

I don't know if they will fix this bug in 2K24. If you visit the main page of Steam 2K23, you could see few reviews from users who purchased the game but are unable to run it due to this bug.

BTW, there is another bug related to the video settings file that causes the game to start slowly. This bug leads to the creation of a large video settings file, over 500 MB, and being filled with 'null'. The normal file size is around 2KB. This bug has been present from 2K22 to 2K23 (2k24?).

Nope, each version is written for that specific game. JSGME can be used to swap mods if that's your intention.
