So, I don't release a lot of work for NBA Live 96 PC these days, but since I do have an archive of work and am releasing some new projects as part of the March Modness 2024 celebrations, I decided to create a support topic!

Being an MS-DOS application, NBA Live 96 PC won't run natively on newer versions of Windows. However, it will run without any problems using DOSBox.

Draft Roster for NBA Live 96
What if the players in NBA Live 96 PC stayed with the teams that drafted them? This very simple roster mod places all players back with their draft team, or in the case of some prominent undrafted players, the team that signed them to their first NBA contract. The result is some very wild and interesting lineups!
Please note that as a minimalist modding project, no new players have been added (so no Michael Jordan or Charles Barkley). The intention is to create a new retro gaming experience with existing assets. However, some jersey numbers have been changed to reflect the ones worn by players during their stint with their draft teams. Overflow players are on the Raptors and Grizzlies, or in the Free Agents.
