Individual Team Uniforms in the All-Satr Game

Hello everyone. Does anyone know how to have players wear their individual team uniforms in the All Star Game like they did from 1997 to 2002? I know with 2K Hook we used to be able to do that with the config file. I don't see an option in the hook this year.
