Headband LOD issue/broken LODs

So many players got broken headband LODs in prior 2Ks already but with 2K23 it became even worse, the amount of players is just ridiculous and the broken headbands look ugly af from broadcast camera view and kill immersion.
For 2K21 @Jeek313 developed an amazing LOD REMOVER tool to fix this issue viewtopic.php?f=267&t=110843&p=2024611#p2024611
which worked flawlessly with 2K22 too, I just tried it with 2K23 as well but sadly it isn't working anymore (maybe due to the pngs not being compatible anymore in 2K23)

Does anyone got a fix for this issue or can help making this tool compatible with 2K23?

if you want to do it by yourself and keep only the main LOD, here's a video

I tried with josh okogie PNG, and it didn't work.If someone succeeds, tell me how it's done please!

unzip both files and drag/drop into png7719.iff, it works.
For other models, just compare my files and default files to understand changes i made



ps : when removing LODs, you have to do this FOR ALL the scne file in the PNG, PNG Hair, Facial Hair, Headband ; otherwise you'll have black strings issues

Thanks for ur attempt to help sticky-fingers, sadly I get the same result as Mondragon82 and it doesn't work. LOD is still chopped + black stripes after dragging the 2 files u attached into the png

I confirm that the method works, slavishly following the steps with all the scne files, the graphic inconsistency regarding the headband is fixed. btw thanks sticky-fingers for sharing

Did this too and can confirm it works. Remember to do the steps on the headband SCNE files as well.
