Could you bring back the version with the team wordmark shooting animation, please?

That’ll require me to remake the entire scoreboard on the 2k20 base file all over again since all my files from past games the animation stuff is too heavily changed so the team Wordmark won’t work anymore. It’ll take some time to figure out again but I’ll get it done, just don’t expect it right away

internet been out for 2 days... got bored quick... luckily modding is offline stuffs... decided to fiddle with den2k automatic weekday stuffs
ported your 2023 espn to 2k23 base (den2k autoswitch) ... decided that took too long

decided to find an easier way for your 2020 espn (full bottom scoreboard)... since it's my favorite scoreboard... and i play alotta myleague (auto weekday is cool stuffss)

step 1: reverted all new_score animation to base 2020 (just new_score... left tricode and score to whatever you had set.)
step 2: vcuielement has change font in scene & away new_score -> automatic weekday (from den2k --2k23hex: 2d 6c 61 ee)
step 3: copy new_score_away_txt_TextColor.c1e6c993246aa8a5.animation ... dunno what den2k did, didn't look at the file... but txt_color makes new_away_score always on screen
step 4: change score animation 2.85 -> 2.87 (see bottom of scene animation tracks)
step 5: dig up an old espns 75th.psd that i made sometime (last year?) just for texture clarity... i could absolutley never reproduce your renders... beyond my skillset
step 6: adjust in hex the new_score_away_txt_new_score_away_txt.96f8cf79db1e32a1.animation -> move weekday into postition


anyways, pretty easy to adjust base2k20 -> weekday. just lose the score animation. if you wanna mess with it.


other, random notes:

0. vaguely remember a letterspacing thingy that i disregarded long time ago
0.5 - decide to go find the setting
1. take all .scene files from global and goeyglobal and place in folder.... (could take more... goeyfrontend, etc., but didn't have them in my mod folder)
2. Open all .scene files in notepad+ ... 1,012 scene files opened only takes 112MB or RAM.... very disapointed.. was hopeing to make computer explode
3. search for -- "VC_ --- search that for all opened documents
4. find what i was looking for: "VC_LetterSpacing": 2.0,
5. fiddle with letterspacing
6. realize that i can make nba_action_medium ... "thinner" by setting VC_letterspacing to large numer (8-22)
7. realize that i can shrink window width ... have "thinner" font in a smaller box ("VC_WindowWidth":)
8. realize that would be helpful for the 2023 espn weekday....
9. decide i'm too lazy to make adjustments... and just write all these steps... which woulda probably take the same amount of time to fix your espn2023 auto weekday text.... hahahahahah
10. but yeah, lots of different vc settings, just search all opened documents... dunno what most of them do

11. anyways, easy enuf to put an automatic weekday to your 2k20 stuffs... not sure how badly i meessed up your 2023 espn -> 2k23 base... obviously, i butchered your 2k20 espn scorboard texture

just realized you could trim the 2k20/2k18 score animation so that its smoother... less pause before new score appears





makes less pause, and a smoother one animation... could do that with your 2k20 espn bottom scoreboard

ondering if you have had a look at the 2000 scoreboard used in the Domination games? It is a generic 2k style and seems to contain no gfx files in the iff afaics. Renaming the newscorebug doesn't work.
It would be really cool, for me at least, if it was a bit more realistic.
