NLSC Thrillho 2K23 (PS5)

Fri Sep 30, 2022 2:51 pm

I thought I'd attempt another call for 2K PRO-AM teammates for NBA 2K23. We currently have four forum members who play the PS5 version - Andrew, Valor, zzcoolj21 and myself. While we can play 3v3, it would be great to try and get a fifth.

What do we need?

Preferably a forward who can play either the 3 or the 4, but we have most of the bases covered: a point guard, two wings and a big. So ultimately, it doesn't matter too much where you play - we only really care that you play the game the right way. That means passing the ball, attempting to play defence, not calling timeouts to sabotage your teammates... in a nutshell: the opposite of most Rec players.

Let me know if you're interested by either posting here or sending me a private message. I hope to see you on the virtual hardwood!

Here are some highlights from one of our wins.

Here are some personal highlights from my player (aka MP, I guess).

Regarding that second video: I swear I pass most of the time.

I need to put together a highlight reel from what I've saved. Also, one of Valor flossing, because I know how much he enjoyed it!

3v3 has had its fun moments, but we'd love to give 5v5 a try.

I love that last highlight. There's something satisfying about playing good defence in a game where most of the community doesn't give a shit about it. I might have to sacrifice some height in NBA 2K24, though. It takes so long for my player to get up and down the court.

It's wild, especially as it's not like you made a bulky, lumbering type of player. Some of the balance is definitely off in the builds. Still, that was a very satisfying play. A shame the scores are still bugged though, always displaying the winning score on the left.
