can someone just put all game files in .rar and upload torrent? Do we need all those files to get full product

Nobody has permission to reupload my work. Downloading the base files will just take a few minutes. Anyway we are still working on a new update based on the 2022-2023 season and it will be in all in one package.

Yes, although we don´t have as much time as we would like (we are enjoying a vacation period right now) we have been working for more than two months on PCBasket 2K22 3.0 based on the 2022-2023 season for NBA and Euroleague teams, as well as improvements such as new jerseys and cyberfaces & updated rosters for FIBA ​​national teams too.
I'll be announcing a release date soon, I haven't wanted to rush anything so far but I'll keep you posted.

Well, I understand your question and I imagine that many others are wondering the same thing. Since it is a frequently asked question at this time of year. We intend to continue this project in NBA 2K22 for a variety of reasons.
1. Creating a roster like this has taken months of work, if we had to do this every year from scratch we would never be able to enjoy a high quality mod at the start of a season.
2. Many users, including my friends are not going to buy NBA 2K23, as the game is going to be very similar to NBA 2K22 based on previous experience with NBA 2K21 and NBA 2K22. So for now I would be without that extra help so necessary to tackle a project of this dimension.
3. Without NBA 2K23 in our hands at the moment, it's too early to know if cyberfaces will work without conversion processes, if Looyh will create NBA 2K Tools for NBA 2K23 and how long it will take him, to transfer a database with more than 1000 players with generic faces created from the roster editor would mean hours and hours of extra work, etc.
So everything will depend on the facilities I find, my motivation, my extra time which is not the same as a few years ago (we get older) etc.

I think we can still enjoy NBA 2K22 for a long time and for now I don't want to rush any future projects. Any projects I do in NBA 2K23 I will announce in due course on my social media.

This year I didn´t release a draft class but you can use the Sbug´s version, and you could assign my cyberfaces with 2KTools.

I´m happy to announce that after several months of work, I will release the biggest update for my project under the name of PCBasket 2K22 3.0 on September 9, 2022 with 2022-2023 updated rosters.
It will include all rookies, latest transactions for NBA, Euroleague & FIBA teams (It will include the Eurobasket 2022), updated jerseys and more than 300 new cyberfaces from the scratch to provide the most realistic experience.
