Extracing MyTEAM Files With Hook?

Is there a list anywhere for MyTEAM file names, I am trying to extract the holographic card file so I can export it as a PNG, any help is appreciated!

MyTEAM cards are in CDN.BIN file. You need to use 7zip to extract its files.
