2k14 Xbox One Controller Joysticks to Fast

Hello, so I'm trying to play 2k14 on pc I get into the enter your birthday screen and my xbox one controller connected via bluetooth joysticks move to fast and when I finally get in the menu glitches too. It like skips every other line becaause for some reason the joysticks are to fast. I tried updating the controller, disconnecting and reconnecting the controller also using a xbox 360 controller emulator called x360ce. Any help?
