Error code on the Nintendo Switch. Please help

Hello, everyone,

I bought NBA2k20 for the switch a few days ago. Unfortunately, I always get an error message so I just can't play the story.
I've googled and done a few things that didn't work.

Has anyone here had the same problem and solved it?

Unfortunately MyCAREER is no longer available now that the servers are shut down. As of NBA 2K20, there's no offline version of the mode.
