Hey Guys!

Quick update on a side project of mine that I am working on using the 1987 Roster (stuff being finalized on this and will be released in a week or two - hopefully). Then the 1995 will have some polishing done and we will move onto the 1996!

Anyway....what if Len Bias Lived? How good would the Celtics have been in the late 80s and early 90s? Follow my story here: viewtopic.php?f=73&t=114120

I'm trying to install the rosters right now and I'm doing the same thing as I did last time with 2k17 and 2k20. I followed the tutorials for both games, I get the rosters working for both.

Here it is unfortunately so that I always get the message that the files are corrupted.

Do you have any idea what the problem is. Maybe the SYNC.BIN?

Yes! I am about 95% done with a '95 revamp. Redid a bunch of attributes and some tendencies. Should be out this week. We are also trying to add portraits. It will start with the 87, if we can get them working.

I am starting the 96 roster this week when 95 is done. I've been on a long break from this playing other games. I go through phases of burnout modding haha. Finally just back!!!

Modders: I need some help because I don't know how to do it. I have portraits for the 1996 roster. However, I also have most portraits for the 1987 roster now too. In a nutshell, I need all the in-game CFs extracted from the game so I can have access to the facexxx.iff and pngxxx.iff files directly. I need access to these so I can change the ID for each player so I can assign the correct portrait based on the current year.

In other words, if one player had a fro in 1987, but is bald in 1996, we don't want to use the same CF or have the same portrait from 1987 to be used in 1996. So that player would have 2 CFs and 2 portraits. If a player looks the exact same (Stockton) and I just want to change his portrait, but keep the same CF the entire time, I still need to "copy" his CF, change the ID, and then assign the new portrait to that new ID.

Can anyone help extract all the CFs from within the game? I would even offer to pay someone to do this if that helps.

I have also updated the tendencies and attributes for the 95! It is MUCH improved.

I did leave Len Bias "injured" on the Celtics (since he is used in my "what-if" series). Feel free to delete from roster.

ABOUT 85% OF THE 1987 PLAYERS HAVE PORTRAITS!

WHEN THE 1996 IS RELEASED IT WILL HAVE UPDATED PORTRAITS FOR THAT SEASON AS WELL.

Andrew Toney's CF got changed when adding portrait. I made a new CF and it works, just drop this in waigua folder and he should load now.

I will reuploadthe entire thing later today so any new downloads will be set. For now, this is the fix. I haven't had a chance to see if this error has been changed anywhere else.

I watched the Lakers Legacy documentary episode yesterday about Magic's comeback in 1995-96.

While I was watching, I was already looking forward to the new roster!

I was playing the 1993-94 Nuggets against the 1993-94 Warriors.

Some wrong jersey numbers I've noticed:

Warriors
Spreewell is #8, should be #15
Buechler is #33, should be 35

Nuggets
Hammonds is #20, should be #21
Macon is #1, should be #12
Pack is #12, should be #14
