How to add moving hair to a player?

Seems like any cyberface with moving hair- for example Sharife Cooper's only seems to work with Cooper's PNG file and not any other player. When assigned to anyone else they glitch out. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm also having trouble with this and didn't want to just start a new thread asking the same thing. Removing LODs doesn't seem to fix this glitch as it usually does. Has anyone found a fix for this?
