pixelated game

Hi everyone, I just had a big problem with the graphics. since the game was released, I play in ultra without any problem. I just bought a 2nd SSD hard drive because I didn't have a lot of space on the first one. I transferred all of my games to this second hard drive and much to my dismay when I run NBA 2K it is pixelated like I'm playing in minimum configuration while in ultra. I uninstalled everything then reinstalled on the 2 hard drives but it's still the same and I don't know what to do 
I have AMD Radeon RX5700 XT, ryzen 5 -3600 16GB RAM in Windows 10

I have that exact same rig.
No issues on my end. Have you tried verifying the games cache through Steam? Or deleting the folder where the configuration file lives, and having the game automatically reproduce it when booting up the game again?
And is 2K22 the only game this is happening on? If not, I would recommend updating your graphics card from scratch (use the tool that removes the drivers completely, followed by doing a fresh install of the new drivers)
