Talk about NBA 2K19 here.

it's been written about this issue a lot on operation sports forums, so i was wondering is there any workaround for this issue playing with keyboard?
basically, every time you exit 2k19 or 2k30, controller settings reset to default values (controller settings, not key bindings). i tried both with initial releases for both games and with latest pc patches for both games, the result is the same. controller settings get saved while you are in the game and play game after game. but as soon as you exit to windows, they restore to default values.
maybe someone found a way to fix this issue? thanks!

Do you mean settings like Absolute/Camera Relative control? Because there are some recurring bugs with those settings resetting in a few games in recent years.

yes, exactly that.
among other settings, i set "real players %" for shots and free throws, right stick isomotions to "dribble" and as soon as i exit the game, they are all reverted to default 2k values.
i was hoping someone found fix for this, since it is a game breaker for me.

Yeah, that's a bug that was never fixed. No workaround except to check and change the settings as necessary each time, unfortunately.

that is truly unbelivable!
such a small thing to fix, but it keeps occuring in two games in a row (haven't tested 2k17, 2k16 and 2k15).
thumbs down, 2k

There were some similar issues in those games as well. A few legacy issues have made their way across generations and engines.
