Where to buy NBA 2K16 and Patch?

I just found out that NBA 2K16 is not on steam anymore, so I wanted to know where to buy NBA 2K16 at and have it to the latest patch and rosters.

Same deal as NBA 2K17, as per your previous query. This also applies to any other games that are no longer listed on Steam. If a third party is still selling keys, you can still activate and install the game. Unfortunately, the roster updates will no longer come through now that the servers are offline.
