Freestyle Air in regular game

Sun Oct 31, 2004 9:53 pm

Why I can't execute Freestyle Air dunk in regular games? Is it possible in slam dunk contest only :?: ?

Mon Nov 01, 2004 4:08 am

Yea
You cant control what dunk you do
Just switch from a dunk to lay-up and stuff

Mon Nov 01, 2004 5:43 am

what a shame....

Mon Nov 01, 2004 11:13 am

Yea
Although it would be nice to be able to do a 720 on a fastbreak or Between both legs in a real game sometimes

No no no, don't give EA those ideas. I don't want Live 2003 all over again ;)

I know what you mean
I dont mean to make the whole game like that
Like if you put in on Action instead of Simulation

They never did 720's in 03' but they did do some pretty crazy stuff

nba 2k3 wasnt that great also it felt too arcadey too easy to score and u could also do the crazy between the legs dunk during the game too i havent tried espn nba 2k4 or espn nba 2k5 yet but im sure there both better then nba 2k3.

Thats true, they did have the crappy between the leg dunk in games, but nba2k3 was superior to live that year, i have to give credit where it's due.

you're going out of topic...

however EA has made a good job this year, i think '05 is the best of the series, it could be better (look at unstoppable PG) but....it's enough for now :proud:

Mon Nov 01, 2004 10:55 pm

NBA Live 95 was the first 'Live' game, I'm certain of that. Me and my brother played about 500 games of that on SNES lol.

I don't think there was NBA Live 94, but I remember playing the Michael Jordan (or was that Magic Johnson) games with Larry Bird. Or was that Portland vs. Chicago? lol, I can't remember, it's been too long ago :)
