To design a court, you can use the template by lagoa, it still works on NBA 2K22: viewtopic.php?f=259&t=109575
And for assigning courts to the teams, you can use NBA 2K22 Tools, I recorded a tutorial on how to use it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlxPStAmJ8M
Basically you need to rename the fxxx.iff with an ID and then you can add it to an arena in game with the tool.
