NBA 2K22 Mamba Forever Edition Theme
This mod re-themes 2K22 to have the visual character of the NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever Edition. Additionally, there are general, non-Kobe menu enhancements that are included simply because they look better IMO than the default 2K22 theme while also going well together with the Mamba Forever visuals. Note that there are a few more minor things I'd like to tweak, but I don't know how yet. If I learn how and have time I'll post a Version 2 at some point, but this first version is 95% of the way there.

Owners & GMs Portrait Pack
This is a complete Owner + GM portrait pack (i.e., 30 owners + 30 GMs = 60 portraits in all). Simply drag and drop these 60 *.iff files into your Mods folder (heads up that there's a readme in the 7z file, so drag and drop everything but that). I have assigned the portraits to the default staff members in the CFO and Assistant GM slots, since those are the de facto Owner and GM slots in MyLeague.
Note that -- NBA job titles being what they are these days -- not everyone here is literally the "General Manager" or THE "owner" of the team. Like Masai Ujiri's real-life title is Vice Chairman and President of Basketball Operations, while Bobby Webster is technically General Manager, but the Raptors GM portrait in this pack is of course Masai. I'd say I picked the obvious choice in every case, except for perhaps the Timberwolves owners, who I went ahead and assigned as Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez, rather than Glen Taylor. I figure that since Glen Taylor is in the process of handing the team over to them, their vision for the team is the dominant influence in the org, so it felt appropriate. Everything else is pretty straightforward / common sense.

Fixed conversion of looyh's NBC scoreboard
Been meaning to post this for like a month and a half. Sorry for the delay. I attempted to improve upon this converted version of a scorebug originally by looyh (initially converted by 半杯可乐):
https://www.2kspecialist.net/2021/02/nbc-scoreboard-by-looyh-converted-to.html
https://www.shuajota.com/2021/02/nba-2k21-nbc-scoreboard-by-looyh.html
More info + preview image -> https://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=272&t=113117&p=2059222#p2059222. Obviously credit to looyh for the phenomenal work on the original scoreboard, and credit to 半杯可乐 for the initial conversion to 2k21/22. Also credit to rtomb_03 since his font work on his Next Gen Scoreboard is essentially what fixes the fonts in this NBC scoreboard.

Varied Singers and Sweepers
This is an extremely simple mod that merely makes it convenient to vary the appearances of the national anthem singer and the two baseline sweeper / swiffer dudes, for those who find it mildly immersion-killing to have those same three people always being identical night after night all over the country, as if they're stalking your team. General note re: these local broadcaster packs: Unlike TNT and especially ESPN, which have a ton of well-known personalities to choose from, local broadcasts are much more difficult because there are fewer broadcaster options and the candidates are often more obscure. For the Knicks pack, I think all 4 of those folks work for MSG, but in the newer packs, it's more of a hodge-podge of local personalities affiliated with the team and its coverage, regardless of what local TV or even radio network they're part of. Generally (at least for the men) I've leaned more towards ex-players with cyberfaces already in the game, except where there have been obvious lookalikes among 2K's generic faces. Not only is it easier to use ex-players, but it's more fun to see in-game IMO.

Knicks/MSG Broadcaster Pack
See the ESPN/TNT one below for more general commentary on these sorts of packs. Re: this Knicks one: If anyone has a better Rebecca Haarlow, please share. This was the best I could do without really wading into cyberface creation stuff, which is not my forte (and even if it were, there are bigger cyberface fish to fry than Rebecca Haarlow, lol). ESPN and TNT (alt) Broadcaster Pack (all credit to NoobMayCry for the Stephen A. Smith cyberface and AE2K for the J.J. Redick)

This is a pack of three ESPN broadcast crews (2 sideline reporters + 3 studio analysts) and one alternate TNT crew (DA becomes Grant Hill; Kenny becomes Candace Parker; rest is default). You can see the ESPN personalities in the preview below. Not pictured are the other two studio analyst set-ups. Perk & NoobMayCry's Stephen A. are common to all of them; the only thing that changes is the "Kenny" slot, which goes Jalen Rose (pictured), Jay Williams, and Tracy McGrady.
THESE MODS ARE VISUAL ONLY. Turn off the commentary / mute the game during the intro & halftime and use your imagination

(P.S. I realize Mina Kimes is not an NBA reporter, but she's well known, has been tangentially doing NBA stuff [like going on the Lowe Post], and she was much easier to implement than Cassidy Hubbarth and others)
(P.S. 2: You'll notice Chiney Ogwumike's name is spelled wrong. That's because custom names need to fit the character count of the default names. I felt like that misspelling was close enough that I could live with it. Many names simply do not work though, which greatly limits the possibilities of who to include.)
PLEASE READ THE PACKAGED INSTALL NOTES!!! THIS IS NOT A SIMPLE DRAG & DROP!!!
Apologies in advance if they are over-explanatory. I wanted to make sure it was accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience level.

Complete Referee Realism Pack
NOTE: I created the female refs using Jeek's Cyberface Mixer, and I've packaged them with the male refs I'm using that were NOT created by me. I included the males purely for users' convenience, in case they want an all-in-one ref pack. Not trying to take credit for others' work.
Re: the FEMALE REFS: If you're a fan of the WNBA, these may not be usable, as Holtkamp and Jelks are simply WNBA players (Megan Gustafson & Dearica Hamby) with different hair. I don't watch the WNBA and only know what these players look like from looking at the WNBA roster in 2K, so this isn't immersion-killing for me, but just FYI. Also, believe me I know that these are not exactly works of art, but they're refs, lol. Always kind of at a distance, no close-ups, etc., so even if they're not spitting images, it enhances my experience of the game to have them in there, and I thought I'd share.
Here's a preview:
- 9045 = Lauren Holtkamp | Created by vetmin using Jeek's Cyberface Mixer
- 9040 = Simone Jelks | Created by vetmin using Jeek's Cyberface Mixer
- 6405 = Jenna Schroeder | Created by vetmin using Jeek's Cyberface Mixer
Re: the MALE REFS: Again, I did NOT make these. I've only included them for people's convenience (mainly so users don't have to manually assign them to different slots, since most ref cyberfaces are set to 6130 by their creators). Note that for Ken Mauer, the creator's original version (which was for 2k20) had a little 3d hair texture on his head that looked sorta like a toupee, but I removed it, since IMO one of the most distinctive things about Ken Mauer is his tight, slicked-back hair. When I removed the texture, I saw why it was there; the base hair texture is unnaturally symmetrical right at the crown of his head, and that 3d hair covered it up, but honestly -- unless you're hoopin' with Ken Mauer, lol -- you'll never be in a situation where you're staring close up at the exact crown of his head, and he looks more like himself in the flow of a game when he doesn't have the toupee-looking hair there.
Here's a preview of the males, just for reference:
- 6130 = Tony Brothers | Created by Mr.Star
- 6093 = Ken Mauer | Created by 3101493023 (tweaked by vetmin)
- 6141 = James Capers | Created by ICE 2K / FIRE 2K

TNT Scoreboard (s/o bongo88, looyh, & Karinge)
Preview ->
Download -> https://www.mediafire.com/file/dvcdg8uy99ud8dz/vetmin_-_2k22_TNT_Scoreboard.zip/file
ABOUT:
- No foul / violation / timeout pop-up notifications (personal preference... notification pop-ups are kinda whatever to me; I play TNT games with the broadcast & PA announcers on, so I just listen to them for details like that, like you have to do when watching real games; note that the little timeout notches DO appear, just not the pop-ups that say, for instance, "Lakers TIMEOUT," which are redundant anyway since you can clearly see the Lakers lose a little timeout carat...)
- Does a pretty good job of avoiding collisions with the various stat/etc. overlays that pop up over the course of a game
- Intro animation is billboard-style, rather than trying to emulate the real-life TNT scoreboard intro (IMO the real-life one is just too snazzy to really capture in 2K, though Karinge does about as well a job as one reasonably could) // For now, I've included only one billboard option, an AEW on TNT-branded one, as there is a lot of cross-promo in real-life between TNT's NBA and AEW programming. I plan to create more billboards in the future. Anyone of course can use the one included here (frame.dds) as a template for their own though. They're pretty easy to make.
- No Opening Night / Premiere Week & Holiday elements (i.e., in the scoreboard; it of course doesn't impact any Opening Night / Premiere Week elements in your watermark, etc.)
- Added a little Larry O'Brien trophy to the Finals graphic, because why not
- Kept the timeout / bonus visuals from bongo88's base (see Credits / Shout-Outs), since they look and work fine IMO, even if they're not the same as how it currently looks on TV.
CREDITS / SHOUT-OUTS:
- bongo88: This is really just a re-skin and SCNE tweak of bongo88's 2010 TNT scoreboard for 2k20 -> https://www.2kspecialist.net/2020/05/tn ... -2k20.html.
- looyh: His 2k20 TNT scorebug served as a visual model for my texturing work.
- Karinge: His 2k21 TNT scoreboards provided a useful jumping off point to get the playoff box looking right in mine.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- During the Play-In Tournament, the playoffs annotation box appears, but there is no text. This is a common issue in 2k22 for every custom scoreboard I've seen (i.e., scoreboards switch to post-season mode for the Play-In, but without any text to display, since it's not "Game 1" or anything yet). I've included a Play-In version of the scoreboard if this issue is annoying to you (it simply turns the playoffs annotation box transparent). If anyone knows how to make old scoreboards play nice with the Play-In, please let me know.
- The score-change animation may not be true to bongo88's original. In mine the team name and score just flicker to update. Nothing fancy. Not sure how bongo88's original displayed in 2k20, but if it's indeed a cooler animation that simply isn't working, I'd be grateful to anyone who can figure it out.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING APPEARS AMISS WITH THIS SCOREBOARD. Note that there will probably be a Version 2 at some point, even if no glitches are reported.
