Pro sliders

This game feels completely unplayable to me. I'm just a casual player who usually plays franchise mode until baseball season starts again. However I cannot find a set sliders that seem to allow me to play this game. Tonight while trying to play the cavaliers beat me by 33 and I was playing as the 98 bulls. MJ shot 5-22 including 1-9 at the rim while the cavs shot 78% from beyond the 3 point line. And while I know im not very good I'd like to think I can play defense better than this
