Change Logos using NBA 2K Tool

Hello Modding Community

I'm trying to change logos in NBA2K21, but having issues. I'm trying to change the Wizards logo to old school Bullets logo.

I used the export console to get the file (logo002).

When I open the .dds file in Photoshop the file is a black image.

I'm using the NBA 2K Tool to make my edits. Does anyone have a solution or a better procedure to get my custom logo into the game? Thank you in advance.

You could always just reassign the logo in NBA2k Tool? What's the need for Photoshop? The Bullets logo exists is in the game. It's just not assigned in the roster

Or you could extract the Bullets log and rename it over the current one in your mods folder?
