Offline Rosters

Have done some digging around this. Saw a video by Tsogood but it was a tad confusing.

Does anyone have a step by step process of sharing rosters offline. Want to be able to prepare for when 2K20 takes the servers offline.

I know there is a way, but just looking for the simplest steps from sharing with one person to another.
