DDS plugins for Photoshop, PSP, GIMP, Paint.net

Here are links to DDS plugins. I had problems finding a 64 bit plugin that worked with PSP 2021. It is very basic but works for court and uniform files and also has a 32 bit version. I uploaded the plugin that worked for me to NLSC. Intel TextureWorks or nVidia may work for you.

When the upgrade to 2021 went through, I lost the ability to open .dds files.

Thanks for links, I just started on 2k21 from 2k14 so all this is pretty new to me. Unfortunately I have tried all plugins and multiple programs ie photoshop, gimp, and cant seem to open any textures. Keep on getting error messages trying to open dds files after extracting with 7zip. Ant help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just wanted to thank you for links. Watched them all but unfortunately I cant get past the opening of the dds texture files with Photoshop or Gimp 2.10. Downloaded Photoshop CS6 as well but still same results. Keep on getting error messages on both

When you got the files from the link you just need to manually paste it. At Program FIle(x86) > Adobe Photoshop CS6 > Plug-Ins > Extensions

Note if no Extensions folder, just create it.
