Horrible lag only while playing in Playoffs and Online

I get like 80 fps in every game until I reach the playoffs in MyLeague or something. The moment after tip off the game stutters and lags and makes it unplayable. In myteam its on every game, offline or online. Any suggestions? I have a lot of mods but I've never had this happen to me.

Are you using scoreboard mods that maybe look different in the playoffs or something like that?
