Map Location Editor?

I am looking for a way to edit the map locations when creating your own team. I am looking to move or add a new location such as Nova Scotia Canada.

Any bit of help will go a long way.

With Cheat Engine you can replace previous names for locations. Or even with NBA 2KTools. I did this for my euroleague roster, I could record a video if you need it.
