Hi bro, it's personal edition, I don't use any special lighting, I only edit PostEffect.FxTweakables and in case I need it the crowd_lighting.FxTweakables for the crowd, plus some minor edition inside arena.scne, but what is important For me it is to edit each stadium with its personal lighting, I do not like the same lighting for all teams, I give myself the time necessary to match it with reality, I put the real game next to the edition that I am doing and until it is not the closest thing to me, I keep editing it. The images you see are from last season and I have not updated anything yet, I am waiting for the new one to start.

Sorry for asking such a question but are there tutorials to edit especially arena.scne? im relatively new to modding and i wanna try and make one for myself and hopefully share it here. thanks!

vincemeister i use the Generic Mod Enabler. You still have to select the scoreboard by alt tab before the game starts but its works great. Here a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyKY4l5 ... l=TheGoods how it was used in 2k20.

Hi, at the beginning of this thread I explained an alternative way that is right in the section that says "Scoreboards update for 2k21" I hope it helps, for me it has been essential to make it possible.

Hi, I would love to help you, but I already uninstalled 2k20, the only thing I can think of to try is to extract from the original 2k20 newscorebug file the file NewScorebug.VCUIELEMENT and put it inside the Bally scoreboard and see if it works. If you get to try it, let us know if it works so it can be shared for the whole 2k20 community.

I'm glad you found it useful. The Studios work without converting, you can use any of 2k20 for example and they will work perfectly.

why does the panel scoreboard not update for me?

Hey guys, I absolutely love the updated MSG Scoreboard and stuff, I had a hard time on deciding what to use before and when I found this I fell in love. I dont even mind the white on light-gray font-color hahaha But now I'm in the Playoffs and have a huge problem. The "Game 1" which is supposed to appear on top of the scoreboard (i guess) is floating in the middle of the screen. What do I do? Is there an update? Anyone else having this problem?

Am I missing something? I did everything in order to install/add the mod (one network) to the wagiua folder in the NBA2k20 steam folder, but when I go play a game it crashes to the desktop after the lineup page/screen.

sidenote: notepad plus plugin to make editing scene easier:

It is a notepad++ plugin
Search for JSONViewer or JSToolsNpp and you should be able to find it

Got new internet provider in our town.... new download is 20 MB/s ... never had internet this fast .... needed something to download .... old download speed was 2 MB/s
Anwyays, got 2k21 free from epic last year... never installed it since getting it for free .... took only an hour to download 100gb... pretty cool. Usually had to leave computer over night.

Anyways, installed the old espn scoreboard... and the foul box was behind the scoreboard texture....


*furrowed brow* .... used to be an easy way to move the panels forward or back.... but couldn't remember and very, very sure i never wrote a tutorial down

search forums for an hour
finally, after entering lots of scoreboard foul text synonyms... stumbled on this old post from ksmiz (hope ksmiz is doing well)

ahh, can open a vcuielement in notepad and move stuff around, just gotta watch the bracketes....

*happy face* --> 3 minutes later, foul words are at front of scoreboard.



so, yeah, that's the tutorial to *easily* bring the foul words to the front of the scoreboard.... open vcuielement in notepad plus and move stuff around.
but yeah, i leave tutorials mostly to remind myself how to do stuff if i come back years later.

have a good day. uninstalled 2k21 after a few hours. just wasn't fun. and controller setttings wouldn't save... the controller settings are a bigger deal breaker for me than the bad gameplay. lol.
