[HELP] About editing Jersey Font Tweak

Hi Guys, Can someone help me how to edit Font Tweaks ? So that I can change the position or resize the jersey name and numbers. Because somehow I manage to convert the 2k18 jersey models for 2k17 and use/modify the 2k21 jersey texture for it. My concern is the Name / number in the back of jersey is a little bit huge. If somehow I can resize it to make it little smaller. Hopefully someone would help me. hehehe.
