Sorry Matthew but I believe that this is so huge that it deserves to go into a section that people actually read. The Sox are champs! It kinda sucks that they're having the parade tomorrow, the same day I have a soccer game. 
Oh well. The curse is lifted though so I'm happy.

That has to suck.. But maybe we should all try to be more active in this section so it does get red? Just a thought.. but what an incredible run by the sox. Will this go down as one of the best in sports history?

To Bostonians like me, it already has. Being the only team to force a Game 7, and then win that Game 7. Then just annilhating the rest of the competition. It might not be the best in sports, but many people look at it as the greatest run in baseball history, if you include the regular season where they made a fantastic run to clinch the wildcard.

i agree with gloveguy, if you are from boston this is probably the greatest thing in sports history. i dont think people fully understand just how amazing what they did was. first of all being down 0-3 is a death sentence. this is a bball site so i am sure you all know that now one has ever won a series after being down 0-3. well in baseball no one even forced a game 7 until the sox and they actually won it. then they topped it off with a world series sweep. you dont see that many 8 game winning streets in baseball during a season and to go on one against the yanks then the cards is just unreal.
