Schedule Patch for coming NBA season

I think I've posted this before, but it was a long time ago. Is anyone or will anyone make a patch that corrects the schedule to match the up coming NBA season? I know that NBA Live 2005 already has the new schedule, but for us 04'ers, is there one out there?
