ALIWEI gameplay patch still active altough deleted (thread deleted by Shuajota)

So, a few days ago I downloaded the latest version of this "patch" but only kept it on my notebook til my holidays started and now that I finally got the time to try it out it won't deinstall by just deleting the gpatch.dll as instructed and I'm not able to verify my game files through steam due to limited internet atm which is so annoying

The increased speed, alles oops and gameplay changes are still present although I have no files from the patch anymore in my main folder.

Need help pls (from @Shuajota) since this gameplay patch and animation changes are not realistic at all and killed my 2K21 experience and I don't know how to remove it properly

I had the same problem, so I eventually reinstalled the game.
Then it can be solved, so please refer to it, and I think it would be better to consider and install these gameplay patches.

The existing WAIGUA and patch files (ex: ...iff) can be put back into the main directory after the backup.

there is no way an almost 100GB game gotta be completely reinstalled to uninstall these small "patch" changes again.

It's extremely annoying since I'm stuck with slow limited internet at my place currently due to holidays location and reinstalling the whole game wouldn't be possible atm, so any help from people who tried this patch is much appreciated cause I regret it big time now smh

I already answered you yesterday by pm. I don't know what exactly he modified. You don't have to reinstall the game. Simply click to verify integrity of game files and Steam will download only the "corrupt" files. It can be 2 or 4 files.

Verify Integrity of Game Files
Restart your computer and launch Steam.
From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
