Custom MyLeague help

I want to make a custom MyLeague with 30 custom teams that I can keep when the servers shut down (I don't really want to have to remake the league every couple of years if possible). I think this is possible with mods, but have no idea where to start. Any help is appreciated...thanks

IDK if there are other ways, but this is the one I followed to create my personal roster for the future
