I need help with Nba Mod Tool

Hi, excuse me if my English is not very good, I am from France. On my old PC I managed to install NBA Mod Tool, but now on my new PC I cannot launch it. I have tried all options for 4 days.

I would like to know if someone can export the cyberface and post the texture image please,
