If yes where is it located?

For 2k20 its the bootup.iff and gooeyglobal.iff for loading screen. Can't confirm if its changed.

Currently not possible. It's called bootupsplashscreen.dds or something of the sort, but it doesn't change. I think it has something to do with the mods loading too late for it to change.
